Sadly, in my 40 years of counselling the answers are usually no. Join me in reversing those beliefs and embarking on the journey to self love with the tools I know work. Understanding how to love yourself fortifies us for adversity, teaches us compassion for ourselves, compassion for others and contributes to a better world.

People are meant to grow emotionally, cognitively, physically and spiritually. The tools that are offered in these workshops are created to facilitate emotional growth. Specifically they are opportunities to honour and love ourselves and live more peaceful, contented lives. Although I have been offering these tools for years to my clients I found myself a year ago in the most difficult part of my life. My husband and best friend passed away after 50 years together. These tools allowed me to feel love, confidence , courage and joy despite the horrible loss.
These workshops are fun, interactive and educational. This is your chance to strengthen your emotional skills and live life with joy, confidence and self love.

The groups are small. Bring a friend or request a private presentation of these workshops for up to 6 people.
Fee: $40.00 each… all fees will be donated to Whistler Community Services Society
